Please know that payment for copay, private pay and account balances are due at time of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should your information change (contact, insurance, or medication) please inform the front desk when you check in so that we may update it in our system. Our physicians make every attempt to honor your time and meet you scheduled appointment time.
