We are a busy, full-service Otolaryngology and Hearing Services practice located in the beautiful Flathead County. We’re currently seeking a full-time, experienced Front Office professional with a friendly, energetic, and team oriented personality to join our growing practice.
For over 50 years, Glacier Ear, Nose & Throat, Head & Neck Surgery has proudly served the Flathead Valley community. Our board-certified physicians specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, and are committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care.

Qualifications
- Desire to assist our patients in a kind, helpful, and efficient manner
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and typing skills
- Knowledge and skills using Electronic Medical Records and other computer-based programs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Accuracy with attention to detail
- Confidentiality with both internal and patient information
- A professional attitude towards patients and colleagues as well as tact, diplomacy, and empathy
- Personal and professional integrity
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attendance
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers, as well as handling outgoing phone calls as appropriate
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Check-in and/or check-out patients
- Maintaining patient demographic and medical record information
- Collection of co-payments
- Provide great customer service to our patients in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
- Direct patient interaction and act as a liaison between patients and our healthcare providers to ensure a seamless coordination of care
